My parents recently made the move to an independent living community. This involved selling their house and all that goes with the before, during and after of a home sale – made more significant by down-sizing after 27 years of accumulation. The decision to move was an emotional one, but the details involved in preparing for the photo shoot, the showings and quickly responding to offers and requests was even more overwhelming.Thank goodness the new community shared a list of realtors that included my parents’ choice – the Lisa Hudgens Team! We expected Lisa to be knowledgeable, but had no idea what a great guide, educator, solution-finder, supporter and friend she would be – and that she has a GREAT team supporting her. My parents and I are novices to home sales and she was patient and in constant communication on items that required my parents’ involvement. I would say she’s an expert at helping seniors who are downsizing do what’s needed to sell their home as quickly, easily and seamlessly as possible – for us, it took just 60 days from our first meeting to closing.Her experience, contacts and follow-up process are impressive! We got an offer quickly that fell through on the closing date – after having the house off the market for ~45 days. We were very disappointed, but Lisa reached out to a fellow realtor whose clients missed the opportunity to make an offer originally. The same evening the initial deal fell through, she secured a new offer – in cash and for more money – that closed in 14 days!!! Lisa’s experience and connections saved the day!

Lisa did a fabulous job of helping 6 people navigate what was both an emotional and stressful situation. At the end of the day, we were able to sell an older home in need of major updates for a more than fair price. I’m so grateful to have had Lisa during this time, because she helped all of us get through it, thus allowing us to move on to a new chapter in our lives. Lisa is professional, knowledgeable, and kind, and I highly recommend her!!

Lisa, Jackie, and Kristen are a great team. My mother and I loved our experience with them. The greatest of all time (The G.O.A.T.) of realtors. I know it sounds over the top but they made us feel comfortable, important, and though I’m sure they have plenty other clients, we felt as if we were always priority. We truly appreciated that. There since of urgency was amazing. They were swift but accurate and precise in their business action/plan. We were always in the loop. I can go on and on about this but to sum up in one word “EXCEPTIONAL”… ok two words “OUTSTANDING”. Thank you all sooo much!
