    Leslie Owens at the Lisa Birdsong group is phenomenal! We have used her for the purchase of two different homes and the sale of one home and each time she blows us away with how amazing she is.     Lets go overall first. Lisa guided us from initial free consult to closing on our home. We were always in tune with Lisas recommendations and guidance from getting the house ready, to pricing, to negotiations and through to getting the sale proceeds through the title company to our bank account. We think even more that you would like working with Lisa as she shows tremendous beneficial guidance in agreeable ways. We dont remember any awkward moment or unresolvable issue. Next steps were always provided and Lisas presence (in person, email, texts,) was always with us in a seamless manner.We had not been in a housing transaction for 28 years and fit well with Lisas leadership. Our result was an excellent price, a short selling period (ours was almost presold - it was gone within the listing day) and step-by-step through the close.     I swear Karen was our guardian angel! As first-time home buyers my husband and I were clueless. We met Karen at an open house when we were just getting a feel for what was out there and she walked us through the entire home-buying process with so much clarity. We went with her recommended lender to get our pre-approval and they were also an absolute dream to work with. When we started looking at houses, Karen was always on our side. She would point out things we didnt know to look for (both good and bad). We never felt like she was trying to push a house on us. We knew she wanted us to find perfect house. When we found it, she helped us get everything moving right away and was there every step of the way for questions or concerns that we had. In a way we are sad the home-buying process is over because in a way we now feel like Karen is part of our family.
