Lindsay is amazing!!!Being a first time home owner, we had so many questions and she was very patient in answering all the questions promptly. We bought home with her and then moved to another city and she has been renting our home since then. What I like about Lindsay is that she is very honest in her Suggestions. We asked her if we should rent Our home or Sell it and she gave her expert and expert advice on it. Lindsay is not only a top-notch professional real estate agent and rental property manager, but she provides a personal touch most people in real estate fail to achieve. My wife and I have utilized Lindsay services in real estate and rental for almost 20 years. She is able to come up with unique solutions for difficult problems from the plethora of experiences that she has had over the years. In addition, even though we know that she has a large number of clients, we always know that we will get timely, accurate, and personalized attention when we have questions or problems. Dont get me started...ON HOW AMAZING LINDSAY IS or Ill never stop! This woman is such a great realtor - she will make your experience one of the best. We used Lindsay for both property management of our rental property and also for selling our home. In both situations, she took all the hassle and headache out of it and managed the issues and twists and turns herself so we didnt have to carry the burdens. That was the best part - how easy she made everything. She will work very hard to earn every penny she makes, believe me. She also went the extra-extra mile with us when we ran into issues selling my mothers home because of guardianship regulations etc. She maintained such a cool and always had a plan for us as we waited out the legal process and came upon many obstacles. Again, she took on a lot of the tough issues with potential buyers and other agents and title companies and even the courts!! She also doesnt get anxious or frazzled and calmly finds resolutions. She walked it through WITH us - we never felt alone. I never had a realtor make so much investment in us as clients. I am planning to sell and purchase a new place in the future and wouldnt work with anyone else. We appreciate Lindsay very much.
