    Lily did an awesome job helping us get our home sold and throughout the process. It was a pleasure working with her and I can definitely say that she has a lot of knowledge and experience in the field compared to others. We worked with another agent before Lily and were being pressured to take low offers, had to ask the agent to negotiate for us and constantly were told to lower the price of the home.     I worked with Alexandra Heard, she was awesome! Im so grateful for her help in finding a rental home. Before engaging a realtor I tried to find a rental home on my own but wasnt getting any real responses from the listing agents just a lot of bots (ugh stop with the bots! they are terrible!). Anyway once Alexandra jumped in, she was able to make things start happening and I was finally able to start looking at homes. Honestly I couldnt have done it without her. I should also mention her counterpart Travis, one time Alexandra had a scheduling conflict, but she was able to send Travis to show me a couple of homes, he was great too.I should also mention that even though I only needed a rental home I felt like I got the same attention as if I was buying a home, I know the commissions are much smaller but giving me the same treatment really says a lot about their character.A while back I worked with a Century 21 agent to buy some property, let me just say, the difference between the two agencies was night and day.
