Eli was incredible and thorough for our military move. He shared so much area expertise with us and made sure we saw a wide variety of housing types and areas so we could make the best choice for where to live and raise our family. My experience with this group and especially their agent James Manuel has been such that we were able to finalize a home in 2 days. Now this was possible because of the customized analysis done by the realtor and his team who had every metric documented that you can think of. For example type of built, neighborhood, floor rate, nearby rates, flood zones and for all these attributes he carried his documents that had source which you go and self verify. In my opinion working with a good local agent who knows the area is far more superior than just browsing on a website. I had done a lot of browsing for 2 months before going on a tour with James. After that I got familiar with all the metrics associated with the property and I kept bugging him during the tours. But as a professional he never forced me to purchase a property instead he understood my requirements and came with an appropriate solution.
