Lesly has been a phenomenal realtor.We moved from Portland to Austin and got introduced to Lesly from a family friend.In our initial call she took detailed info on what we were looking for, our budget etc.When we did plan our visit, she contacted over a dozen builders explaining our needs and setting up appointments with them.She is extremely knowledgeable and has been giving great inputs through out the appointments.We closed our home in Hutto with her.She is very diligent and hard working.I did end up referring her to my friend and he was greatly satisfied too.I would recommend Lesly to anyone looking to buy a home in Austin !

Working with Lesly Rascoe for the purchase of my home was a great experience from start to finish. This was my first home that I had purchased on my own, so in many ways I was starting from scratch. From the first moment she sat down next to me and we started to talk, I knew without a doubt that she was going to be the one to help me on this journey, and I am so thankful that she did so. What is unique about Lesly is that she honestly takes the time to get to know where you are at personally as a buyer and she acts accordingly. Many realtor’s claim that they do that, but it was my experience otherwise once the process started. With Lesly, she recognized that my being new to the process that I needed a lot of patience, understanding and guidance. I received same and so more from her. I never felt rushed, nor did I ever feel I didn’t have her total focus at any point throughout the home buying process. She was there every step of the way guiding me when needed, and giving me the freedom and patience for the times that I had to reassess what I thought I wanted to what I did actually want in a home. As it turns out, it is true what they say that the picture in our heads does not always equate to the current market’s reality. Lesly, represented us in San Antonio selling our home. Our home is in an up and coming neighborhood with a house across the street that looks like a pirate ship, so we knew it was going to be a challenging sale, although the area has a ton of potential and the house was nice. Lesly, was incredibly available and receptive, which is super important for a realtor.Lesly was very quick to respond to other realtors and confirm showings. She was always available to answer our calls or let us know quickly shed get back to us and she wasnt afraid to have tough conversations with the buyers real estate agent/appraiser/lender and she enjoyed meeting other agents to try to get them interested in our house. Lesly, also did not rush or put pressure on us to sell our home and was patient with us, which was important.Were planning to hire Lesly again very shortly to sell another house. We highly recommend her and have referred her to friends whos shes represented in the Austin area. Last but not least she helped us sell our house in the price range we were looking for and helped us come up with a plan of action that got our house sold.

In one month I was the proud owner of my new home. Lesly typically works within the Greater Austin Area, but so graciously helped me find my home about 45 minutes north of that area. Lesly is an absolute gem. She is really the first person we met when we moved here from California, and she made us feel like old friends. During showings and while signing papers with her, we never once felt rushed or pressured into anything. She took all our needs and wants into full account when finding houses to show us. The first word that comes to mind is outstanding. Lesly was my agent for a recent home purchase in Austin, Tx. I have purchased several other homes, and can say unequivocally that she was the best realtor I have ever engaged.There are some basic requirements I look for in a realtor when buying a house:Good listener, well organized, knowledgeable in the local jurisdiction’s real estate processes, dedicated to providing service, and of course ensuring I get the house I want. Lesly has all of these qualities. In previous home purchases I always felt the realtor had some hidden agenda and was showing me houses that had nothing on my checklist. This was not the case with Lesly.As a newcomer to Texas, I needed someone who knows both the intricacies of Texas real estate transactions and the pluses and negatives of the different neighborhoods in Austin; as a native Texan with several years of real estate experience under her belt, Lesly came through on both of those fronts.In the period leading up to an offer, she provided excellent advice and strategy in positioning our offer and then in negotiating a final offer. In the period from offer to closing, there are several stakeholders involved that need to be managed to get the transaction across the finish line. Lesly demonstrated strong organization skills and tenacity in working with the lender and title company. There were a number of obstacles in this transaction leading up to the closing date, and by anticipating and managing obstacles, she always stayed ahead of the curve and was able to get the transaction across the finish line by the contract close dateFinally, I consider myself to be a difficult, picky customer. I kept changing my mind on things and wanting to see more houses, and she always facilitated this without any hesitation. That was truly priceless. From the first time we talked on the phone to dinner at our new house when everything was done, Lesly proved she is organized, trustworthy, and confident in her realtor profession and in serving her clients. Communications with her by email, text, and phone calls were clear and as quick as needed or as detailed as needed. She took the time to answer our many questions at the start of and throughout the process. She made sure we were happy and let us redirect the search when needed. She visited quite a few homes before the day we came to look to narrow down the choices, which made sure all the houses we visited the one day we were here in person had most, if not all, of the things we were looking for, making for the most efficient house searching day plausible. She gave her honest opinions when we asked her about the city, the house builders, and the house specs. Working with Lesly was a great experience, she went the extra mile for us. We met her originally at an open house in Georgetown. My wife and I explained to Lesly that I was going to retire in a year and we were looking for a house outside of Austin. My wife was a teacher who was going to work a few more years and Lesly advised us of the school districts in the area and job potentials. We were moving from Houston to Leander for my future retirement, but at the time I was exceptionally busy with my job and could only make it to Leander on the weekend. We made a few trips and Lesly would have houses lined up to look at in the Cedar Park, Leander, Lago Vista, and Georgetown area. We found our house in Leander and for most real estate agents that would have been the end, but not Lesly. Lesly did the walk thru inspection with our inspector and also did the follow-up walk thru.
