    Legacy Real Estate was recommended to us from our previous agent from out of state. We had a great experience! Our Agent, Susan Palmer, had a great understanding of our real estate needs. From the first conversation we had with her she asked many questions about what we were looking for. Susan knows the area very well and gave good advise and came up with a great search database of listings that fit our needs. Throughout our experience she was very helpful and knowledgable on every aspect we inquired about. Her help with quick replies at all times of day/night was greatly appreciated while helping us get through the home buying process. This was our first purchase in the state of Texas, so things were a little different than we were used to in some aspects, but she helped guide us no matter what came up. She went above and beyond helping schedule inspections and being available for some unique scheduling needs. From putting in the initial offer to after closing, Susan has been very valuable to our home buying experience and we are thankful for the opportunity we had to work with her. We would gladly recommend her to anyone we know needing an agent. In addition, Susans assistant Amy, was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with. All together, a truly great experience that we are thankful we were referred to.

    My wife and I are very happy with the services that Delaura was able to provide for us. She worked diligently to find and schedule houses for us to view, as well as came very prepared with any information we could have asked for. She is very knowledgeable of the Permian Basin area, her and her team always responded quickly, and we felt very cared for during the whole process. She also met our needs to close in two weeks, and made sure we were able to get moved and settled in. Would highly recommend using Delaura and her team!

    Jenn Roussin was my agent, and had the most patience a person could have, she was always willing to answer my questions when she was able to and was willing to track and hunt down information if she couldn’t. She was honest and real when it came to looking for a home, letting me know things to look for unique amenities, interesting things about the home we looked at and honest inputs about what she’s seen in the past, she was also willing to call and check in with me keeping me updated and making sure things were running as smoothly as possible, she even took it a step further and helped me to repair my credit to get it to where it needed to be to get me into the home. Over all Jenn Roussin at Legacy is who I will always recommend!

    I have sold and purchased four properties with Josie Alvarez. One was extremely complicated unscrupulous residents, agents and even local government in Breckenridge, Texas. Definately this is where the twilight zone got its start. I digress, Josie had a plan for each, we discussed pros and cons and rolled with it. Josie is very proactive, dotted the Is and crossed the ts and we were on course. My first listing sold for more that any comparable house in the neighborhood in only hours. The second sale, never even put a sign out. Sold in two weeks. This is an example of it not being what you know but who you know. Hire good people who know their jobs. Let them do their jobs.
