Our home buying experience with Hannah Mica with Legacy Land Associates was second to none!From our first meeting until the closing paperwork was signed, Hannah truly took care of us in every step of the way. We could not be happier with the hard work and dedication Legacy Land Associates brought to the table when they were selling our house. When my husband chose Jodie as our realtor I was nervous due to the friendship we have grown over the years of raising our daughters and our house needing to be sold in a timely manner with us moving out of town. I was thrilled with the open line of communication, status updates and common courtesy Jodie had when it came to the hard conversations, the lulls in having people go through the house and then the selling of the house. Jodie and Hannah worked overtime to get the house sold for us and we could not be more pleased with the selling price, timing and ease of closing. They are a great team to have in your corner!

Specifically, we wanted someone local who knew the ins and outs of the area.Jodie and LLA blew us away. She knows the area like the back of her hand -- and all the nuances that can mean. Jodie was able to put us in touch with all the right folks to make the deal run smoothly, knew the little details that come only with experience, and was great to work with.
