I have bought and sold four houses in the last five years. Vince Martinez worked harder for me than any realtor I have had so far. First he worked diligently to help us find the home we wanted and spent several days visiting prospective homes... each and every one was a gem. I had problem buyers and the sale of my house dragged on for months. Usually, a seller would not tolerate a buyer who cannot sell their house as expected on a contingency sale. Richmond is great! Super knowledgeable and always available and If he’s not (which is rare) he makes sure someone is. I would frequently ask for showings with less than 24hr notice and he would make it happen somehow.Super quick on the texting which was extremely helpful when random questions come up. Literally at all hours any day. He’s also up on tech which is much easier - barely any paper during the offer process. 5 stars all around!
