Jake has got to be the best realtor in Texas. I will say given the situation we were put into with the home we wanted due to appraisal Jake never gave up and stayed committed to help us in every direction, even through closing and move in! We would give a big shout-out to our agent, Anthony Taylor. We were wanting to move from out of state to be near one of our children. No easy task for an agent. My husband flew in to DFW one weekend, and Anthony took him to many homes for sale on that Saturday. Did I mention the word “many!?! Did I fail to mention it was pouring buckets that day, as well? He helped my husband narrow it down and then submitted our offer. Anthony, and his very helpful wife Jayme, were present for numerous inspections for us, went over the contract thoroughly for us, was a super trustworthy agent, and finally went with us to the closing. Anthony made a very difficult situation of us moving from out of state, very easy. We so appreciate him and highly recommend!
