Over the past year we have visited Dripping Springs several times in anticipation of moving here. Each time Lauren spent time with us, setting up appointments and introducing us to various housing developments in this charming town. Once we put our house on the market in California, everything moved very quickly. Lauren helped us make the decision on the house that best met our needs. She represented us well in the negotiations on the house and conducted our walk through via zoom as we were out of state. We highly recommend Lauren to anyone moving to the area, or looking for another house to call home. Lauren’s expertise in the real estate field is excellent.

I was fortunate enough to have a couple of experiences working with Lauren over the past couple of years.In 2022 she helped me sell my 2 acre lot in dripping Springs. She helped me list it at the right price and thus we were able to sell it for full price within about three weeks. Lauren is a local residence that knows all the right people in the real estate industry. A few months later, I told her that I wanted to sell my house which needed quite a few upgrades before we could list it. She put me in touch with all of the right people to get the required upgrades done at the best cost. once again, she helped me list it at the appropriate price and everything went smoothly. I told Lauren that I was going to need a lot of help selling my house and she assured me she’d have my back all the way and she did. If you’re looking for a realtor in the Hill country area, you cannot do better than Lauren Paine. she went above and beyond the call of duty to help me.

Lauren is top notch!! We had such a wonderful experience working with her to find our new home. She was so knowledgeable about the entire process and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was excellent with communication and helped us understand next steps and what to look for. That alone made the process much easier. And to top it all off, she is just a genuinely great person. A family that Ive know from church and have helped with transactions in the past asked me to help them finance a 2nd home up in Payson.
