If you have stumbled onto Lauras realtor profile (like I once did), consider your search for a realtor to be over. Laura is the best you will find. She is easy to work with and 100% honest. She gave us sound advice about what to expect when selling our house, and then she delivered.We had an especially hard situation of trying to sell a house with tenants in it, with one-year remaining on their lease. Laura helped us every step of the way and her expertise helped us to sell the house very quickly at the price we wanted. When things didnt go as expected, she assured us that everything was OK and confidently showed us how to overcome the hurdles. She was always easy to contact when we had a question, and always kept us informed about what was happening. If I ever buy or sell a house again in the El Paso area, Laura will be my realtor. Laura is a very professional and amazing realtor! She works tirelessly to find the perfect home for her clients. She never once showed she was tired after going on a marathon shopping for over 10 homes on one day with me. She said she enjoyed it and it gave her a chance to get a a feel for what I was looking for so that when she saw it she would pick the right one to suggest to me. Shortly after getting to know me she would unapologetically give me her opinion on homes and could tell me loop homes to avoid and things to pay attention to that I did not think of since she has been in this business over 30 yrs. To add icing to the cake she is a strong believer in God and a woman of integrity and keeps her word. While this was not a requirement for me it made me feel safer because we were able to connect on a deeper level and I knew I was in safe and trusted hands with her because she believed in the same virtues and is a woman of honor. I would recommend Laura Baca without hesitation and with a cheerleading uniform to anyone who is in need of purchasing or selling a home. I’m so thankful for this woman with high morals and strong professionalism.

My husband and I found Laura through the Endorsed Local Providers program (Ramsey solutions), and were blown away by how resourceful and professional she was. We were first time home buyers who were sort of familiar with the process, but any question we did have, Laura answered immediately. She was always available and responded quickly to any emails, calls, or texts. We are military and so we were buying from out of state, and Laura virtually walked us through every house we wanted to see, giving us her honest opinion about the condition of the home (especially what we couldn’t see through FaceTime). She went above and beyond what we expected of her, and we would 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in El Paso!

Laura is the best realtor you can find in ELP. She was our realtor both when we purchased our home, and also when we sold it. She is professional, honest, and knowledgeable. She constantly communicates and keeps everyone up to speed.When buying our home, she picked us up from the airport and took us to see the houses we planned on seeing and also those that we didnt consider. She worked within our preferences but also helped us understand the area and market. It was one of the houses we didnt plan on seeing that we ended up purchasing.Six years later she helped us sell that home. When selling our home, the first buyers loan fell through, and while our hearts sank, her confidence and hard work around the clock got our house back on the market and within 48 hours we had another offer. We closed shortly after. Truthfully, our house was probably one of the less expensive houses she closed on that week, but she treated us with class, professionalism, and care making sure that we understood every step of the process, what to expect, and made sure we got the best offer for our house.

I recently worked with Laura to sell my home on the east side of El Paso. First of all, Laura is a rockstar. When I first contacted her about my home, it was a low pressure, open conversation about my house. She described her track record of an average of 22 days on the market like it was no big deal.... like it happens all the time... like that is her standard for every property. And during a pandemic?? Crazy, right? Well- Im living proof. She sold my house in less than 2 weeks of it being on the market BEFORE we ever got (nicer) pictures taken of the interior. I live out of state and I really needed someone to take care of my house. She got access right away, took an inventory of what needed to be done to sell fast, talked with the rental managers all throughout so she can get to work, and we never looked back. She brought on her AMAZING contractor on to install carpeting, paint, do roof repairs... all the things we needed. She was honest and open about what I needed to do and was completely calm. She told me not to worry because she had total control. And she did.This experience was a complete pleasure and a joy because Laura is a pleasure and a joy. She also knows her stuff. The contract period to close was a little bumpy- she was aggressive in getting me information and keeping me updated every step of the way.I could seriously go on and on.Ill be recommending Laura to everyone I know!
