    Latrisa and her team were Phenomenal! We found our home in one day. She was on top of things from the beginning. We had a few issues during the process, but she was an assassin!     My experience working with Latrisa was beyond what I could have asked for. Working in San Antonio as I was transferring from West Virginia was a challenge. But Latrisa could not have been more of a dream to work with from finding great properties within the areas I needed to working around my schedule to get me in to see them. My husband and I were relocating from Florida and needed a realtor in the San Antonio area. I checked online and started to research realtors.     Latrisa went above and beyond the call of duty as we were trying to purchase a very hot home on the market. We loved the house but so did many other people and so our journey to getting this home was very difficult. From bidding to getting all the paperwork in place Latrisa was super responsive no matter what time of day or week we might wanted to get more info or needed advice. She went to battle for us as we were dealing with lazy appraiser and slow-to-respond lender and she made sure we get the best price for our home by managing to get another appraisal in record time. We would not have this home if Latrisa was not representing us. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable she was always on the lookout for our best interest. While we didnā€™t end up moving there, it was absolutely not because of disappointment with Latrisa. Latrisa is an AMAZING realtor!     Do yourself a favor and call her now! You will not get a better realtor anywhere in San Antonio! The market was tough when we started looking for our home but every week she was out pounding the pavement looking at any every house we wanted. It took some time and houses went fast but when we found the one we wanted she got us in immediately. Through all the negotiations and issues she communicated with us constantly and never asked us to settle for something we werent sure about. She has years and years of knowledge in the industry and was able to give very solid advice on when we should pass and when we should go for it. We have been in our new home for 4 months and we love it. She isnt just our realtor, my wife and I consider her our friend and a part of our family. I will recommend her to anyone if the are even thinking of buying or selling a property and when I am ready to do it again she is the first one I will call. Thank you Latrisa!
