Larry has been instrumental in the purchase of my dream home. Even though the home buying experience can be overwhelming, with Larry’s guidance I went through the entire process with ease. His preparation and planning made the experience stress free. He walked me through things such as seller concessions, the negotiating process, finding a reliable home inspector and recommending insurance agents. The most valuable part of working with Larry was the fact that he was there for me at every turn. He was with me when I said I wanted to walk through the house multiple times, he was there when the home inspector came to look at the house, and he was with me at the closing of my new home. I always felt like Larry had my back.As a person, Larry was a pleasure to work with! He was easy to talk to, a good listener, and always prompt at returning my calls. Best of all, he is a realtor who makes it his job to help you meet YOUR GOALS rather than his own. I wasn’t used to having this “no pressure” approach from a realtor. I couldnt imagine spending this much time with anyone other than Larry. He had truly become my friend in this process. He laughed with me, spent hours helping me at every turn, and ultimately he delivered my dream home.I absolutely recommend Larry to anybody looking to buy or sell a home. I will come back to him for all of my future real estate needs.

Choosing a realtor is an arduous task, but one conversation with Larry made this choice an easy one. I interviewed a lot of realtors, but after talking with Larry, I knew I had finally found someone different. We had fallen in love with a house that had several interested buyers, and we were afraid we were going to lose the home. Larry came up with some amazing ideas on how to make our offer stand out to the seller without offering more money. He really thinks outside the box. Even though we had stiff competition, our offer was the one that was accepted! For that accomplishment alone I’d rate Larry 5 stars, but the outstanding service continued well beyond that. Larry helped us decide between renting and selling our other home. He brought us a detailed packet full of information for both options. He also offered his services in doing background checks and weeding through potential renters. In the end, we decided that selling was a better idea for us. Larry was an absolute wiz at marketing! He hired a professional photographer to take amazing photos, sent out several full-color mailers, and used social media to market our home. I’ve come to the realization that a truly exceptional realtor is one that is a full-service realtor, and that describes Larry. His keen negotiating skills in both buying and selling, marketing in inventive ways, and being there for us every step of the way, makes Larry a realtor that is set apart from the rest.

He’s very thorough he knows what he’s doing and he follows through. We knew each step of the way what was coming next. Larry Mason is one of the best Realtors I have ever met. From the first conversation we had I knew he was the one. He had great idea throughout the entire process of selling our home. From the start; Larry met us at the house to see what he had to work with. My mother-in-law was a smoker and the house had a bad smoke smell and there was nicotine throughout the house. We had to decide to either; short sell the house or fix it up ourselves and make it nice. We decided to make improvements to the home ourselves. With some hard work we managed to get all the smell out of the house. Larry had several open houses and advertised everywhere. If you googled our address it showed up everywhere.. So Larry is awesome at getting the information out there; in my opinion that is what sells homes. Larry is very professional and carries himself in front of clients very well. Larry responds to whatever question you may have in a timely manner. if you are looking for a top notch Realtor; Larry mason is your man. Highly recommended!
