    This was our first rental home purchase. We couldnt do it without Larisas professional help. The houses were sold out very quickly, despite the pandemic and crisis, there was no time for much thought. Many homes did not stay on the market for more than 1-2 days. Larisa always found time to go with us and look at houses, helping us with advice on what price was best to offer in our situation.We bought a very nice house in which I would live myself. We are now in the process of renting it out. Weve already found tenants in just a week. Just as Larisa told us that we would hand it over quickly, that’s how it turned out.
