Truly Exceptional Realtor. Heather helped me sell my house and she was so great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and networked. We received an offer right away! When it wasnt what we wanted, Heather worked with us to design selling offers that would appeal to buyers in various financial positions. I really appreciated her creativity and drive. She guided us throughout the process and was a good communicator; she always kept us in the loop. She told me from the start that she was here to work for me and she sure lived up to it.

Buying a home made easy! . Heather was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I had 1,001 questions and she was always prompt in responding if not already reaching out with answers to questions I wanted to ask. I really felt like she had my family’s best interest at heart through the whole process. She was up front and honest and I knew I could trust her judgement and advice. I will shout from the rooftops to anyone listening to use Heather as their agent. She truly is the best.

Heather knows whats up! We had been looking at a house that was previously on the market, but we were told the owners had changed their minds. A few months later, Heather calls us and tells us that she had been in contact with the listing agent and that we were offered the opportunity to make an offer on our dream home before it hit the market. She worked with us and helped us understand fair values. She backed us on any decisions we made and helped us make some that we werent sure of. When we had emotional outbursts, she had calming reassurance. While the process of buying our house was slightly tedious and a little stressful, selling was a breeze. Heather had a full afternoon of showings before she listed our old house and we had multiple offers that same day. Start to finish, 31 simple days under contract. We would recommend Heather and the team at Lange Realty Group to absolutely anyone looking to buy or sell!!

Heather was really patient, we unofficially started our home search 2 years ago, we looked at many properties but never quite found the one, finally though we found our forever home, Heather was great communicating between us, the sellers agent, keeping us informed of any changes every step of the way, any questions that needed answered were quickly relayed and promptly answered. This being our first time buying a home I couldnt have asked for anyone better, if I ever feel the need to buy again I will definitely call Heather!!! Thank you!!!

2019 was a great year . Me and my fiancé were searching for houses , a starter home , my loan company put me in touch with dawn Johnson and literally she made it the best experience of house hunting very enjoyable . I’m a nurse and work long hours , dawn was able to cater to my crazy hours and answered my text messages all times of the night . She helped paved a path for us inexperienced first time home buyers . She provided us proper tools and paper work for us to better understand the house hunting business .At the end of the experience Dawn became a great friend, and always checks up on you even after you purchased your home .Thank you !

Dana served as both my listing agent and buyers agent. She was meticulous when reviewing and writing offers to make sure everything was done appropriately. She offered priceless guidance without forcing her opinion. I had more issues come up than I could have anticipated and Dana took care of every one of them. Dana was always available when I needed her and let me vent more times about the process than Id like to admit. She clearly loves real estate and it shows. If you want an agent who treats you like more than a business deal, shes your girl!
