Mr. Lane is the best—such a nice man. I rented a house near the square from his company for 5 years, up until we purchased our home, and he was the best landlord we ever had. His office was always prompt with answering questions, they repaired problems quickly, and the pricing was excellent. We wouldn’t have been able to save up enough to buy a home if we hadn’t spent so many years with Lane Real Estate, so we are very grateful the cost of renting was fair and stable the entire time we rented from them.

Out of every real estate company I have dealt with in the DFW area Lane real estate is my favorite. They have never given me any problems as a tenant and have been caring, accommodating, and very honest and their practices which I can appreciate given the nature of some of their competitors in this town. I truly want to stay with their company as long as I am in the area because I actually trust them and feel secure renting from them. They have properties for every price range, and a lot of the properties have character and are unique. Wendy is very kind and professional about handling issues you may have, and the owner of the company does a lot of work himself. Definitely look at their properties :-) Only con could be some properties are older, and not updated.. but I also like the character in them.

My girlfriend lives in an apartment with them and Im often there. Maintenance responds well whenever she has a concern and Ive personally met the owner because he takes time to stop by and handle things sometimes. they have a fair price and they are good people as far as I can tell. They arent trying to scam people out of money or deposits and they seem to care about their residents

Eddie lane is the best landlord you could ask for! Ive been living in one of his rental houses since 2011. If there is a problem (such as a sink leak), he will make sure its fixed the next day. He is such a caring and kind person.

The best in Denton area or maybe even the whole DFW region. You can not find any estate that can beat the price! I have stayed with Eddie lane estate for 3 years and will live here as long as i stay in Denton. I am satisfied with the service too. Plus. Eddie is a very very nice person. I feel lucky to be their tenant. Highly recommended to everyone especially fit for tight budget students.
