Deborah Peck worked to sell to old homes for us. Both homes came with some land but needed work. Deborah worked relentlessly to find us qualified buyers. She also managed all the repairs required by lenders and coordinated all the property visits with appraisers, buyers and repairman. She knew or found someone to repair all of the issues including roof repair, painting, termite inspection, etc.She especially went above and beyond when the lender demanded inspections the day after the closing! She knew the rules from VA and FHA enough to tell the lender that these inspections were NOT required.She was a pleasure to work with over many months and demonstrated a total mastery of everything involved in the process of selling real estate. I highly recommend her
