Never in my life did I expect selling a house while considering other financial obligations (renting elsewhere) would be so easy, quick, and hassle free. With Natalies expertise our house was under contract within 5 days! She was so communicative and worked hard showing our property. Her negotiation skills were amazing. My husband and I agree we wouldnt recommend anyone else!!

At the recommendation of our daughter and son-in-law, my wife and I used Andy Virdell in our search for property in the Texas Hill Country. Andy worked with us over two years to find us the property that best met our desires. We made offers on multiple properties during that time but were unsuccessful in acquiring property until recently. During our search, Andy was patient and always had our best interests in mind. His knowledge of property in the area and his experience and expertise were invaluable. When we finally found land that met virtually all of our criteria, Andy made sure the terms of the agreement were favorable to us. From our initial offer until we closed on the property, he kept us updated on the status. Should we need to sell or buy property again in the hill country, we will most certainly use Andy as our agent.

Our experience with Andy with both a previous deal, and this one was absolutely perfect. During the course of the entire process Andy was communicative, listened to our requests, and represented us and our property to our expectations. He gave us feedback from fellow realtors when there were showings, and we used that feedback to make some changes to the property which resulted in more offers and ultimately a full asking price offer, and a quick closing date. We couldnt have asked for more from him and Natalie. They really came through for us and are an amazing team to work with. Natalie was excellent from the moment I called her up to the day of closing. She made everything simple and smooth. Our first contract fell through 4 days before closing, due to an issue out of our hands, and 3 days after that issue we were under contract again and selling in less than a month.
