Mendi is amazing! She is incredibly professional, prompt, trustworthy, and reliable. Not to mention that she will go to bat for her client in negotiations. If you need an agent look no further than her, you wont be disappointed. I come up with off the wall questions and scenarios and she has always responded with an answer and never made it feel like I was a nuisance. -

My home buying experience with Justin Miller with Landmark Realty was phenomenal. I requested for a realtor to reach out to me on Zillow about a property I was interested in 2.5 hours away from where I live for a second home near extended family. I was nervous about the experience to begin with. Justin eased my fears. He was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable and was able to easily negotiate a price that both I and the sellers were happy with. He took care of every detail of the process from document signatures to a scheduling surveyor to scheduling termite inspections to checking on the property after severe weather. Zillow couldnt have matched us up with a better realtor. -

Jennifer is absolutely the best! My moms house is a very beautiful but unusual property which presented unique issues when it came to finding a buyer for it. Not to mention I do not live in Palestine and I am not readily available to take care of things that needed to be taken care of. Jennifer came to my rescue so many times! I cant even begin to say how grateful I am that I was referred to her and Land Mark Realty. Moms house sold in three months which is incredible considering its uniqueness!!! James Pettiette has been our hero through this home buying process!! While we were looking for our perfect home he sent me info on new homes as soon as they hit the market and took us to view several! He knew exactly what our family needed, was respectful of our budget, and warned me of expectations through the process with each home. James works quickly and accurately, always turning in documents timely and returning calls asap! When we ran into problems with the loan company James fought for my family like it was his!!!
