Our experience with Land Up Realty was better than we ever imagined. After a not so good experience with a realtor, we ventured out to navigate the waters on our own and happened to contact 2 Land Up realtors on separate occasions (Jules and Kaylee). Based on feedback from Jules and the recommendation of considering Kaylee for our real estate needs, we did and not for one second did we regret it. Kaylee was an amazing realtor and helped us find the land to meet our needs and what we were looking for and more! She helped us find the resources we needed for financing and other things along the way. She was mindful and respectful of our time and needs. She was a true advocate for us when it came time for the contract and making sure we understood it and that all the conditions set by the seller would be attainable. Jules was very helpful in finding us a property quickly since we were doing a 1031 exchange. We love the property and she was great in negotiating the price which helped us obtain a new roof and septic tank clean out. She was knowledgeable about the 1031 exchange, learned what we wanted in a real estate property quickly, and was helpful in finding good companies to do the roofing project and septic clean. We purchased this property without seeing it in person and counted on her to help us with her eyes to find this perfect property.
