Agent Linda Kirkpatrick knows the area and knows ranching. She is open, honest, capable, and straightforward. She stays on top of the deal and keeps me informed. Sold two properties for me at top dollar and gives me good advice (some I may not like) on new properties to buy. Has not steered me wrong yet. -
