Lacey is a knowledgeable and experienced professional who kept us updated every step of the way. We got maximum value in the sale, and she was a key to having a smooth and easy closing. She has an engaging personality but can be a touch negotiator when needed. She listened to our desires, was sensitive to our schedules, and was great at communicating throughout the process of selling and buying. There is no one I would recommend more, or consider using for future real estate needs.

I worked with Lacey on in buying and selling two homes (one of which being a first-time home buyer), and felt so supported by her expertise, incredible work ethic and attention to details.Lacey was patient, making sure I understood the process, paperwork and talked through different strategies. It felt like she was never not working, as she would provide real-time updates on showings, feedback and offers. Lacey is an outstanding real estate professional. She helped us find a home in a small niche neighborhood close to our friends and the schools that we wanted our kids to attend. The process was lengthy and as we patiently waited for properties to become available but Lacey hung in there with us until we found a home that fit our needs. Since then she has helped us with other real estate transactions as both buyers and sellers. Each time we have been impressed with her keen eye for details concerning the condition of the properties, knowledge of the market, and expert guidance through the listing, inspection, and closing process. After relocating to Houston from Chicago I reached out to Lacey to guide me in the home buying process. I lived in Houston before, and moved away for several years, so I needed her extensive expertise to educate me on the changes in the Houston housing market.I initially focused my search inside the 610 loop and over several months of looking was becoming increasingly frustrated because I wasnt finding exactly what I was looking for. Sensing my frustration, Lacey suggested I start looking at other parts of town, and specifically recommended the Briar Forest/Memorial area which never would have occurred to me. She was very familiar with the area and showed me different subdivisions she thought I might like. Within a very short period of time I did indeed find a great home that checked the boxes and Lacey did a fantastic job of helping me negotiate the purchase.The lesson here? An experienced Realtor like Lacey Cannon can help alleviate some of the stress that often comes with home buying. Never once did I feel pressured to pursue a property that didnt meet my needs or budget. She is an absolute professional and I cannot recommend her more highly for your real estate needs.
