Kyle was my family’s realtor during an extremely difficult time in our lives as we were transitioning through a divorce. This complicated a few aspects of our sale and many other things. Kyle was not only willing to take us on as clients, but when we bumped into issues during the prep for the sale, he was cool and collective. He went well beyond out of his way to ensure we found the best options in terms of getting our house ready for market, he took care of us and all aspects of communication during the process, and while our contract with our buyers was contingent (added some stress to no one’s fault, of course), Kyle made sure we were at ease the entire time. I absolutely hate moving. Yet every year I seem to do it. Kyle made it fun and effortlessly this time. He was always accommodating to my schedule. Always had appointments made and did research over each place before hand. He was always honest and upfront with me on his opinion and never showed me something out of my budget. My husband and I worked with Kyle to find our first home during a time when the market was highly competitive after covid and still in favor of buyers only. We are so incredibly thankful to have met and got to work with him on this purchase. Not only was he an amazing resource from our first initial meeting (sharing lots of tips and what to expect throughout the process), he continued to check in after our move and has become a good friend in the process. At the time of our home search I was 6months pregnant with our first child so needed a realtor to help us move quickly and get in our new house before the baby. Within one week of working together we found a home we loved and Kyle helped us beat out the other buyers on the first offer. We were originally so nervous that it would take many months to find our home in the post covid market and were so relieved to have such a speedy experience and an amazing guide throughout this new process.
