    Kyle and the whole team at The Handy Team have been really great to work with. We needed to purchase a house in San Antonio pretty quickly while still living in New York, but we had never been to San Antonio before so we did not know where to start! Luckily we discovered The Handy Team who gave us a great introduction to the city. Kyle and team were very helpful from the beginning and were accommodating to our tight schedule. They made the process very easy from start to finish and we are so happy with our purchase! Thanks The Handy Team!

    I had a great experience with the Handy team! I was referred to them via a friend who bought property through them and had a lot of positive feedback about the team.I worked with Kyle, Tim, and Heather, the whole team is amazing.They are there for you at every step, and they know what they are doing.Heather is amazing, she was always there when we needed her, be it ordering instection and showing the house to us.I have recommended them to friends who are in the process of buying a home.They care about their clients and will go the extra mile to help.     AMAZING!! Remarkable!! Fabulous!! My husband and I attempted to sell our house approx 5yrs ago and it was an absolute nightmare. We were so hesitant to attempt the process again however Kyle and his team were truly remarkable. They made the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home, enjoyable, exciting and just an overall pleasurable experience!!     Kyle and his team are awesome! Kyle himself is the bees knees, but a special shout out should also be given to Heather, who was always super responsiveness, knowledgeable and all-around helpful no matter what the question or weird, never-before-seen scenario. Kyle did a great job pricing our house, such that we got what we needed and on the road to closing in just 10 days. You cant go wrong with Kyle and his team!

    The Handy Team was definitely an asset to us! After residing in our home for 18 years, we were ready to sell and build a new one. Having no idea where to begin for putting our home up for sale in this competitive market, we began our search for the perfect realtor. Kyle and the Handy Team came highly recommended; so, we gave them a call, and we are glad we did!Kyle and the Handy Team had our best interest in mind from the very first meeting to the last. They listened to what we wanted to accomplish by selling our home, not what they wanted. They answered our many questions, demonstrating their knowledge of real estate with expertise. Whether night or day, they were always there to explain questions that arose concerning contract negotiations. Throughout the entire process, they followed up with us at least once per week to respond to any needs we had.From the walkthrough recommendations to the open house, we felt confident that our real estate was in good hands with the Handy Team.     I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Handy Team! Not only they are real estate experts, they are incredible to work with and extremely professional in every sense of the word. Kyle and Heather went above and beyond to make the purchase of our home in San Antonio a breeze. We are a military family and my husband had to move to TX first. I was a bit apprehensive for not being able to be present during the search/purchase of our house. Kyle was so patient with all the Facetime calls and my endless questions, I knew right away he had my best interest in mind. Once we decided to put an offer on a house we were assigned to Heather, their project manager. She was a joy! She gave us weekly updates and her calm demeanor made us feel less anxious about the whole process. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner (which I highly value!), referred wonderful professionals and we are forever grateful!

    The Handy Team is AMAZING! If communication is important to you, then use their team! I received a call every week, even when nothing was really happening with our new build. Heather would check in, let me know what was done, set any expectations and get me excited! Definitely use The Handy Team!!

    Kyle and his team (Heather and Curtis) were amazing and honest people. They offered sound advice and made our home buying experience incredible. It can be a frustrating task to buy a home whether its your first, second, or third time purchasing a home. For my wife and I this was our first opportunity together to buy a home. All of this was new to me, and I didnt think it would be possible to find a home based on our schedules, and all the tasks that were thrown at us day to day. His group were on the job from day one, and never let us down. They consistently worked with our schedules, and did a lot of footwork to help us find what were looking for. Through it all they remained patient and diligent with us, and walked us through step by step.     The few realtors I have dealt with, kind of annoyed me. Kyle and his team did not! They are extremely courteous and not pushy in the least.     Simply Amazing!!!! My wife and I relocated from another state and we where scared not knowing the area and Kyle and Heather made a very scary and stressful situation very easy. They communicated and gave very professional advice and answered and addressed every question and or concern we had and never lost there patience with us when we asked the same question many times over. I also really appreciated how he helped reassure us and helped keep us calm. Again Purchasing a home in another state not knowing the area was one of the scariest things we have ever done and they made it very easy. We cant thank and recommend them enough.
