We had many, many questions for her and she was always available to answer those concerns. She told us on several occasions, “just trust the process”. Kim was amazing working with us as we sold our parents home. Trying to work with one client can be trying at times, Im sure, so imagine working with three separate clients selling one shared property! She did it flawlessly and the house sold extremely fast with multiple offers within a few days. She staged the house so it looked great in pictures and kept us all informed through each step in the process. Its our second time for us to use her for our real estate needs and we will definitely use her again!

I worked with Kim Taylor for selling of my house. The timing for selling the house was not appropriate as the market was declining constantly and time was tough but then Kim proved to be tougher then the tough time :). She helped us with the staging, expedited and expanded the media advertising, conducted more open houses and at the end sold our house. She is more like the next-door realtor who cares about you, listens to you and prays along with you. I loved her energy and never give-up attitude. I would recommend her.
