    Kristian is the best agent in The Woodlands -- we received 9 offers, all over asking price within 5 days of listing!! Before listing my home, I did a TON of leg work to find the best agent in The Woodlands by visiting a dozen open houses in a higher price bracket than my $600k home, purposely not dressing fancy in attempt to assess relationship building//interpersonal skills. Kristian was the stand-out of that 3 weekend experiment, based on the connections made at the Open House and her follow-up. I knew that I had found someone who knows how to build a network of potential buyers and with other real estate professionals. In fact, of the 9 offers received - four of them came from real estate agents she knew, and two of those were for out of state buyers! We ultimately went with an all cash offer from one of the out-of-state buyers from Kristians realtor network, and we couldnt have asked for a better, more efficient experience. Kristian developed a listing strategy, sent out a stager to give us tips, then a photographer / videographer to produce an awesome coming soon trailer that created a strong pipeline of interest!! Even though we officially listed on a Thursday, for a Saturday/Sunday Open House, we received our very first offer that Thursday evening... We were under contract by that first Tuesday: Five days to contract + closed on the exact date we asked for. Save yourself the leg work, list your house with Kristian.
