Its true....I also cant say enough great things about Kristi and her team at Kristi Kolmetz with Oaks Realty!We moved away from Houston 2 years ago and currently live out of state. We had a Realtor during that time but we were unable to sell our home and it was stressful to say the least.Once we got in contact with Kristi, we knew things were going to be different. She knows the Oak Forest area real estate market and knew how to market our home for potential buyers. Kristi and her team listened to our needs and concerns and were honest from the get go about what to expect in this current housing market.She has great communication, which is key since we live out of state. Great contacts with trade workers and got us fair prices on general work to the house and the work we had to have done after the Derecho.We took her advice and recommendations and were able to sell our home!
