Truly the best experience I could have asked for. I was a first-time homebuyer and knew next to nothing about the process of purchasing a home. I called Kristi after finding her on some real estate recommendation website, and we (me, Kristi, and Jordan) ended up chatting for ~45 minutes. They walked me through all of the basics of buying a home, the timeline for my desired move-in date, and the steps that I needed to take to be ready to buy a home. At this time, I was not even sure if I was moving to B/CS yet! I was so grateful and honestly shocked that they would take that much time to get to know me and explain everything to me when it was possible I wouldn’t be their client.When everything was set in stone for me to move to B/CS, I called them again, and they walked me through the immediate steps that I should take with fantastic recommendations on which mortgage companies I should contact. In fact, all of their recommendations were excellent. I would search up “best home inspection in Bryan”, “best contractors in Bryan”, etc. and the top choices were always their recommendations. They always suggested fairly priced services with great customer service.As closing came around, Jordan always responded to my messages quickly and with all of the necessary details. I never felt like I was bugging her when I had a basic question or needed her to contact someone on my behalf. Adam Wells was my point of contact for my home loan, and he was AMAZING throughout the whole process as well. He made sure that we were set for closing with plenty of time in advance and emphasized that he wanted me to be comfortable with my closing costs and understand where all the money was going. Again, such a perfect experience from start to finish. Thank you, Kristi, Jordan, and Adam! -

Alma Garnice-Meza was great helping me find a home. Moving is stressful and move from the Midwest back to Texas as just bit more stressful. But, Alma reached out, ask what needed and when I needed it and she nailed it. All of this through texting and a phone call. She made my move much easier knowing I have a home in College Station for me and my dogs when I arrive this month. -
