Kristen is a True Gem! In an area with thousands of agents, I cannot express how thrilled we were to meet Kristen and have her represent us in our home sale. We met through a relocation move and we got so much more than just a real estate agent. Kristen is market savvy and has an intuition like no one I have met. We had not sold a home in 12 years and she guided and advised us through the entire process. We were only on the market 5 days and got over asking price for our home sale. Kristen handled every step through the listing and final sale with true professionalism always putting our best interest ahead of everything. I can’t say enough about Kristen. I’ve bought and sold homes in multiple cities and I’ve never had a real estate agent as knowledgeable , connected, motivated, energetic and hard working. From the detailed attention and care that went into her market analysis to determine our home sale sale price; to getting the house ready for sale including coordinating stagers, handymen, landscapers and cleaners; to marketing our home with other agents, clients lists and social media; to her ongoing consistent communication every step of the way; her plan and process was perfection. She was completely involved with showings and cared not just about the outcome of the sale but about us. I respect her as a professional and through this process I have gotten to know her as a friend. It’s no surprise we sold our home in record time. If you are looking for a realtor who will be in your corner and fight for you throughout your home buying/selling process, Kristen is your girl!! I really cant say enough wonderful things about working with her.We recently moved back home to Austin after living out of state for many years and were very nervous about purchasing a home from afar. Kristen was able to put our minds at ease and helped us navigate the housing market and find our dream home! She quickly understood our wants and needs and was extremely honest with us as we toured properties (both in person and virtually!).Purchasing our home was not without its challenges, as we found some large items that needed repair during the inspection. This felt stressful at the price point we were going to pay. Some people would have backed away but Kristen worked with the seller, spent countless hours (seriously!) on calls and in meetings with contractors, came out to the house to check on status of improvements, and ensured the house was in perfect condition by the time we moved in. Kristen went above and beyond to help us sell a rental property we owned in Austin.We live out of state and were well taken care of during the selling process.Trusting an agent hundreds of miles away was a little scary for us, but we would use Kristen over and over (if we had that many rentals) to sell our property.We listed our property during an interesting time when rates were skyrocketing and prices seemed to be reflecting that. I cant say enough great things about Kristen. We had a fast turnaround time to find a house and she was ready to do whatever it would take. We were relocating from another state and had one day to see houses. Luckily, we found one we loved and she pretty much did the rest remotely to make it super simple. She is extremely knowledgeable about the industry, the area, and kept us informed every step along the way. On top of it all, she has a great senses of humor, is down to earth, and you can truly feel like a little part of her family during the process. We are so grateful to have connected with her!
