Tasha was AMAZING!!! We had somewhat of a short notice move back to San Antonio from New Jersey. Tasha was so helpful. She visited countless home for us while we were still out of state - allowing us to find and close on a home in a short amount of time. Helping us find the home was just the beginning. She was able to recommend an excellent inspector, and has continued to send recommendations our way as we make our new house a home! We could never thank Koltermann Real Estate enough!!!

Tasha has been our realtor for over 10 years. She is phenomenal at her job, to say the least. She has guided us through 2 purchases and 3 sales. To see her dedication to her clients and the business is fascinating to watch and be apart of. So glad the timing was perfect for you to spread your wings during the sale of our last house. My wife and I have used Tasha for every property weve looked at since moving to the area. She is very thorough and knowledgeable on every aspect of your property search. We rented for a while before buying and she was great with both. She was even accommodating when we were shopping before moving to the area. I dont see us ever using another real estate agent.

Tasha is a joy to work with. If you are looking for a realtor with integrity and that truly cares for her clients then you need to contact her. I recently lost the love of my life and had to make some hard decisions. I loved our home but just didn’t need that responsibility anymore or the expense. Tasha guided me patiently thru the entire process…explaining every detail and making sure I was comfortable with the decision I was making.
