Two years ago my husband and myself were in the process of purchasing our first home. We had so many questions and were looking for the right people to help us on the journey. KNR Realty (Kim and Rudee) helped every step of the way. From listening to what we would like to what we didn’t have interest in, to showing us every house we sent them to see. KNR Realty is truly an extraordinary company with excellent customer service. Kimberly and Rudy made us feel very comfortable with them and treated us like family since our first showing. They are an excellent team who really showed that they cared about us and understood our family’s needs. They are very trustworthy and reliable. Kimberly was easily accessible and responded to every call, text, or email I had in a timely manner. She was always available day or night to answer any questions we had. My husband’s work schedule is all over the place and I loved that they were able to meet up with us at times after 5 pm and even on the weekends so my husband can view homes with us. This was our first home purchase and they were very patient with us as we looked at what felt like 100 homes until we found a home perfect for our family. We are blessed to have found the Deleon’s and honestly could not have found a better realty company. I highly recommend using KNR Realty for all of your real estate needs.

Kim and Rudee are the best! They have handled us selling four different properties, and each time have gone above and beyond. Unfortunately, this last property we just closed on was a nightmare! Multiple buyer issues, horrible communication from the buyers agent, title company, and mortgage broker. The only bright light throughout this process was Kim and Rudee! Kim was a bulldog, constantly on the phone and emailing, getting things done! The only reason this deal did not fall through was because of Kim’s diligence in keeping the whole process moving. Even on days when I wanted to give up, Kim kept me going! If you want a realtor that CARES and truly has your best interests at heart, you can not go wrong with KNR and Kim and Rudee!
