Jeff is a true professional within an industry that, in my opinion, has unfortunately been plagued with some that are out to make easy commissions and provide little guidance. Ironically I found Jeff when my husband got promoted and we needed to move to Texas. Since we did not know anything about the area and we were using Google quite a bit, I soon realized that all the information and answers were coming from the same website. We got in touch with Jeff and really like his website as we found it informative and intuitive, while being very easy to schedule showings through it (wed get confirmations very soon after requesting). Jeff is a wealth of knowledge on all fronts of real estate, from advising on home value (as in whether a home is worth getting into a bidding war or better just to walk away from), to negotiating tactics, to resources for the transaction - such as finding the best lender with not only the best rates but also able to close early - under 30 days - which in turn makes for a stronger offer. He is very familiar with the area and is a terrific agent who is responsive and easy to get a hold of, and because of his vast experience which he can speak objectively from, puts a lot of our concerns at ease. Knox deserves beyond 5 stars.
