We just completed the purchase of a 2nd home on Lake Granbury and could not be more pleased with the outcome. Meloni Vernon of Knieper Real Estate is the best! Meloni met us after a phone call to take us through Pecan Plantation to get a feel for moving to the Granbury area. She showed us several houses and listened to what we were describing for the home we wanted. None of the homes seemed right for us. A few weeks later she contacted us with a home that had come onto the market that day she thought was what we were looking for. Needless to say, we just closed on a 2 acre ranchette home with lovely trees, a great community, and just the size we were looking for! Thanks so much Meloni for everything!

While we love our new lake house, we are almost sad the process and interactions with Brandon is over. That should say it all. Wow wee! We lucked out when we found Mike Tullos from Knieper Real Estate in Granbury, TX! My husband and I recently relocated from Palm Beach Gardens, FL to Brock, TX...all during the COVID-19 pandemic..but our search began in the virtual world hundreds of miles away from Texas. What made the process easy was that Mike truly functioned as our eyes and ears--we never felt we were missing out on something. He did a fantastic job communicating with us prior to the move. While the Knieper website helped us narrow down likes and dislikes, our boots on the ground--Mike Tullos--took internet searches and added that critical dose of local knowledge, years of experience and relationships with builders to the mix. He was exceedingly generous with his time and talent. He patiently guided us and encouraged us every step of the way including escorting my husband on a scouting mission prior to the sale of our Florida home. Mikes easy demeanor and candid but uncritical guidance helped us make a solid, well-informed decision. As we were in transit, Mike monitored our progress for the closing, checked on our prospective home, and visited us after we moved in. He has even helped us find other solid professional services in the area that we needed after closing. We are now settling into a Couto home on a 2+ acre lot in bucolic Eagles Bluff.
