Couldnt be happier with Kims service. We were patient buyers, meaning we looked at a LOT of houses. Kim stuck with us for six+ months until we found just the right place on the Guadalupe River.The day the house we ended up purchasing came on the market, Kim emailed me directly to make sure I saw the listing. Not just the automated MLS emails you get from most decent realtors, she was personally looking at new listings that might fit.Kim got us into the house the next morning, and our offer submitted that afternoon. We were under contract the same weekend. Kim made sure we covered all our bases on the contract side and got all the inspections needed as first-time rural buyers.
