I normally dont do reviews, but I must recognize the amount of effort and expertise I experienced with Marla. While needing to move quickly, due to my own home renting, I faced the trouble of getting Realtors to respond to my requests. Marla reached out to me after seeing that I had inquired about a property that had already been rented. She went on to offer her help in finding something for me since I was pressed for time. She quickly started sending me lists and met me to start showing. Her level of help was beyond what I have experienced. Being in a hurry, I quickly applied and went for a home, that I really was not totally happy with, and my regret set in the minute I walked into the property. After driving half way home, and tears in my eyes, I called Marla to plea for help once again. I let her know that I made a mistake, and wanted to stay long term, and this was just not the place. She quickly got the listing realtor on the phone and plead my case. She was able to get my full deposit and rent returned. Im forever grateful, and will definitely use her again for my real estate needs....THANK YOU MARLA!!

Ive worked with Kim as a homeowner for the past year and a half. The experience I had, has been nothing but pleasant with very few hiccups. From day one, she made sure I understood everything and the communication was top tier while she rented my property for me.I then used her services to sell my property. This was a tedious process of course, but Kim and her team made it as smooth as possible.I am a veteran and there was an issue with my buyers agent trying to force me to pay property taxes that I am exempt from. I bought my home in 2013. Looking back to when I bought my home, I am very grateful that I had Kimberly as my Agent.Simply the best around. She would drive an hour each day just to make sure she could accommodate the time I was available to look at homes.I told her a list of criteria that needed to be met. She made sure not to waste our time if we saw a house that need not meed the criteria.After a couple of days of hunting, Kim was persistent in keeping the hunt alive. We finally landed on a house that I liked. Closed within 30 days. I just have to say that Kimberly is amazing to work with as our realtor! She helped us find our 1st starter home and our 2nd FOREVER Home! Initially we were searching through Redfin to just browse at houses and happened upon our dream home! With the market how it is right now houses were just flying off the shelves and there were many offers on the home. We initially spoke to a Redfin agent to see about putting an offer but we felt like they were just not as gungho as us to try to get this house! Plus their rate is 4% which we were told was non-negotiable. So, of course, I was like why didnt I think of Kimberly to begin with?!?! We called her up and she was ready to roll! She was on it! She called the realtor and negotiated for us right away! We were so worried we were not going to get the house because the Redfin realtor said they would not review the offers over the weekend but Kimberly did not let that excuse get in the way of getting us the house we wanted! She was in direct communication with the realtor and got our bid in and we were in business! They accepted our offer out of 3 other offers and we won! So as I sit here in my new beautiful home, I just want to take the time to thank Kimberly for fighting for our dream home. Kimberly is amazing! I had no idea where to start with buying my first home, especially in 2021 during a sellers market. A friend recommended her to me and she completely took the stress out of the whole process. She also wasnt afraid to tell me no, and I appreciated the honesty. If I had any questions about anything, Kim would explained it thoroughly to help me further understand what to look for in buying a house whether it is the structure itself or the financial aspect of it for future investments. I am thankful that she explained to me so many aspects of the process I was not familiar with, and I did ask a lot of questions at that. Kimberly Vo at K A Realty literally saved me from a terrible situation I did not see coming. I am deeply grateful for everything she did to help me prepare and sell my out-of-state property. The previous property management company, namely PPMG, neglected several concerns that could have prevented the losses I had.After my tenants moved out at the end of August 2020, I received a repair bill that was 3 times more than what it should have been after tenants were there only 2 years and 4 months. The previous tenant lived in the same house for 5 years and that repair bill was under $1500! I would have been agreeable to a $2000 repair bill after 2 years occupancy given that the carpeting needed replacement at this time.Beginning Oct. 2020, I ended my contract with PPMG and started working with Darwin Homes, however less than 2 weeks later their leasing agent who inspected the house and sent me his repair bill for the work required, left his job at Darwin and the house was once again left without someone checking on it. However, his photos revealed that the stove/oven had been stolen. It was missing! PPMG/Memphis Invest could not explain why the stove was gone.2 weeks later after little help from PPMG about the stove and having given up on Darwin, I desperately started searching for another property manager who could assist me with managing the house repairs, finding new tenants, etc. I decided on Kimberly Vo based on stories others shared like mine! Even though Kimberly was with a client showing a home, I got an immediate email response.Working with Kimberly was so refreshing after the run around I got with the other 2 businesses. I got the benefit of her contacts and referrals, people who were her ‘go-to’ in times of maintenance needs. For instance, Rachel (Kimberly’s contact) at the City of Arlington office told Kimberly that they had reports of people breaking in and ‘carrying things out of the house’ after the tenants had moved out. Illegal dumping notices were posted on the property doors and windows since Mid-July 2020 and in Sept. 2020. Photos of garbage and other junk were sent to me. A homeless person, it appeared, was living behind the house based on photos of a shopping cart and blankets laid out next to it. It appears that the city did not have my address, or the address of PPMG/Memphis Invest for contact when they received the reports. The property was completely neglected for a long time, it appears.The tenants moved out at the end of Aug.31,2020; however, a plumber was sent to do repairs on 8/27/2020 and did not report seeing the notices. Kimberly paid all those charges/fees and had the trash cleaned and hauled away. Naturally I was billed later. Kimberly Vo can also give referrals to other people related to any issues you may have. I changed my mind shortly after working with her and decided to sell the house. Her contractor did a fine job of repairing and upgrading the floors and everything else required. I was quite impressed with his work. He also bought a new stove for the kitchen. As a result, we had multiple offers immediately and sold at the asking price. Kimberly also has become a friend. Her understanding and kind communication style are reasons why she has such an excellent reputation. Oh! She is funny!! I would love to work with Kimberly again in the future under better circumstances. I recommend this business and Kimberly Vo.Vincent Tran, realtor at K A Realty did a fantastic job selling the house. Mohamed Chehbouni with Kimberly Adams Realty was outstanding! I’m a first time home-buyer trying to make a purchase during an extreme sellers’ market. Personal circumstances pushed me into buying a couple years earlier than planned so I hadn’t been able to prepare as much as I wanted. Mo helped guide me through the process, answered ALL of my questions, and helped to make sure I didn’t make any mistakes. If he didn’t know the answer, he would be honest and let me know, then get the answer from his broker. I’m naturally a night owl, but even when I texted or emailed him questions at 1 and 2 AM, Mo would quickly respond. Each time I was sending something for him to look at in the morning, but he would handle it right then. It was a pleasant surprise every time.
