Kim was fantastic. We were really struggling to find houses that fit our budget and needs online. Kim managed to get us in to see a house that was unlisted, but would be finished within a few days. As a result, we landed the PERFECT house for our family and avoided a pricey bidding war!In the past, most of our realtors have been pretty interchangeable. Not this time. We simply couldnt have gotten this house without Kim. I cannot thank (or recommend) her enough!

I would give Kim 10 stars, if I could! From the first phone call to the day of closing, Kim was available when we needed anything. She was great at communicating with us and made sure we got in to see properties a quickly as possible. We will be calling her for our next investment property. She is a joy to work with.
