If I could recommend Kim 10 times, I would. We were first time home buyers and very anxious about the process; but Kim always kept us informed and guided us into a home that we’ll love forever.Most realtors want to pull a quick one and get their money; but she never made us feel that way. If you want a realtor that sticks by your side and wants to get you in the best house for your budget, this is the realtor that will do that.-Mason & Natalie

Kim was wonderful. Answered all our questions, even the silly ones we had as first time buyers. She was available and returned phone calls promptly when she wasnt. Highly recommend her as a real estate agent

Kim Reynolds was our realtor and we absolutely love Kim!! She worked so hard to help us find our first home. Kim has a great app she uses to help find homes based on your preferences, but if you find one on another app she will look it up and get you the details on the home etc.My husband and I have crazy work schedules and don’t have much time off together. After looking through tons of homes and picking out the ones we wanted to see; Kim took us to see 14 homes in a row on a Saturday. Yes I said 14 homes, because that is what my husband and I needed for our schedules. Oh and one home was squeezed in; because I had asked to see it while we we already out looking at homes that day. We found a home that day (the second to last one we looked at). Made an offer and then we had to back out (NO fault of Kim’s) and put our search on hold for a couple months. Kim stuck with us though. In the end we we went with a newly built home in a DR Horton community and Kim was there to hold our hands the whole way. If and when we decide to buy another home we will definitely be calling Kim!

I had a very great experience with Kim when I was looking to purchase a home sometime last year. She is very professional and personable. She responded promptly to my calls or text messages. She always tried to work with my schedule and sometimes went the extra mile to take me in her vehicle when my daughter wasnt available to take me to meet up with her to see a house.
