First and foremost, I want to apologize for the picture I know Kim might not love this one but I don’t care because I love it. I love Kim Mayce! 🥰 Hands down I wouldn’t have changed my home buying experience for anyone else but Kim!Kim Mayce with Ebby Halliday started initially helping us back in September of last year and until we could get some things fixed on our own end she did everything and anything for us! Some houses let’s be honest probably could never afford, but Kim never judged us instead she was real honest and humble and down to earth!She was/is always a phone call or text away. She mapped out all the homes in order each time we had homes to visit making it easier on my husband and I to drive from home to home to see. We began our journey to NC after my retirement from SWA. We needed to return to NC where our family was and to do that we needed to sell our home in Irving, Tx. We knew Kim from the neighborhood. She has a deep knowledge and long experience in real estate and the market. We asked her to be our Realtor in the fall of 2023. We had alot to do to prep the home to sell and Kim led that process with choosing the right contractors and ensuring they completed their work in a timely manner with high quality. We listed our home in May of this year and had alot of offers the first day and sold the home. What we did not know about Kim was how hard she works and how dedicated she was to our project. We moved to NC in April and she literally managed the home, the pool and lawn guys, issues that came up from appraisels and inspections, etc. She is family to us as we trust her completely and she was there for us 24/7. She does not take days off or disappear for a week or not pickup when we call or text. She found innovative ways of dealing with the various offers, groups of other realtors and finance People. My Bride and I recently purchased a home with Kims help and she was very helpful indeed! Kim clearly knows her business and we benefited greatly having Kim on our team. She was very patient as we looked for and at homes across the entire DFW area. Kim was able to help us hone in on the perfect area for us and ultimately the perfect home. Her in-depth knowledge of the market, which surprisingly varies quite a bit in DFW, and her prompt attention to details ranging from market analyses and comparable pricing through the negotiation and closing made this the easiest home purchase Ive ever experienced! Kim was able and willing to show up for the inspection and the follow up review of a few issues to ensure that we knew the quality of the home we purchased. She even arranged to meet with the Seller in order to learn how some unique features work. Regarding the bottom line - the purchase price - we knew we were competing against other potential Buyers and ultimately, even though we did not offer the highest purchase price, Kims integrity and open communication with the Sellers agent convinced the Sellers that we were the best Buyer for their home. Oftentimes selling a home can be very stressful. Not with Kim! Her professionalism and wealth of knowledge made the whole process easy. Our very first meeting, she had already done all the research on our property and neighborhood. Next, we walked through the house. With a keen eye for detail, she expertly recommended improvements prior to putting the property on the market, then provided a detailed timeline of when each item needed to be completed to get us on the market by our target date. Our house was listed on Friday evening and we were under contract on Sunday!!!Our last realtor had us sign a contract, then waited for the property to sell itself. Not Kim, she was with us every step of the way, giving us updates, making recommendations, solving problems. I am absolutely blown away by Kim and am telling everyone what an amazing job she did for us!

Kimberly Macye at Ebby Holliday helped us sell the only home we’ve ever owned of 25 years, and we closed in June 2021. Her communication was excellent, and she kept us informed every step of the way. Kimberly made the process, that was new to us, easy to understand and when we had questions, she had quick and direct answers. When the buyer’s inspection report came back, Kimberly had the experience and contractors she trusted to make repairs in a timely and economical fashion. Since we were living an hour away, her help with this was invaluable to us!Kimberly’s knowledge of the current market and of what to spend money on (updates, repairs, etc.) before listing the home for sale were all spot on. Down to the carpet, windows, flowers, and paint for the walls. We didn’t waste time or money on things that wouldn’t increase our return. And the photographer she scheduled for the listing photos was excellent as well.We listed on a Thursday and accepted offers through Sunday. Kimberly’s targeted marketing campaign resulted in 24 showings during the first two days! Four days total and we had offers above our asking price.
