I am so happy I chose Kim Flenniken when it came to selling my long-time Lubbock home. I am so grateful to my friends who recommended her to me. Selling my home and moving abroad could have been much more stressful, but Kim was there for me every step along the way. She has remained a friend throughout our time, and when we called on her as a Realtor again in August of 2023, she not only helped us sell our house 2 days after it went on the market, but it was during the MLS hack, where that site that Realtors depend on was completely shut down! She did not let that deter her, got the word out on her Social Media, Email, and her Network, and we had an offer in no time! My 1st experience with Kimberly was in 2019. Kimberly assisted in selling my deceased mothers home. Kimberlys professionalism and expertise was apparent from the start. We sold the property for our asking price and closed within 45 days of listing the property. Fast forward two years & I once again found myself needing Kimberlys expertise. This time I was looking to sell my homestead and purchase another one. Kimberly handled both transactions and made the whole process seamless and worry free. We sold my existing property for $3k over my asking price and close within 30 days of listing. Kimberly negotiated a 12% reduction in the price of the home I was buying and once aging we closed with in 45 days. Here is where the rubber meets the road. My daughter and apple of my eye, was ready to purchase her first home and needed guidance. I asked Kimberly to help her. Forty days later my daughter owned the home of her dreams.
