It was a blessing to be connected with Kim! She was referred to me by my previous realtor who was going on a sabbatical, and she couldn’t have paired me with a better person to help me find my new home! Her knowledge, expertise, patience and kindness made it easier to cope with a long and frustrating process as the rental requirements these days are a lot more strict and make it more difficult for renters in such a high competing market. She is very encouraging and will do whatever it takes to ensure you find what you need. She will advocate for you and listen to your needs and concerns, and not rush you to make a decision so she can receive her commission. I am forever grateful that I was able to meet her, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to rent or purchase a home!

Kim was wonderful to work with. From the very beginning, she was detail-oriented and data-driven, and we felt like every decision was calm, measured, and logical. That makes her sound boring though, and shes not! Shes fun, easy-going, and so easy to work with. She made a very stressful process as steady as possible. One thing to note: we moved out of state before our house sold, and we felt so reassured having her there, watching over our house and doing everything in her power to get it sold. Weve moved many times, and worked with a lot of realtors-Kim is the best!

I met Kim via Facebook- who would have known meeting on a social media I would gain a friend in the process. I was moving from out of town from Atlanta to Dallas, and didn’t know where to start.. she was amazing through my entire process. We went through some High and low with the builder for something we thought we would be in within 3-4 months turned out to 10 months.From helping me find my apartment, to negotiating my contract on my new build, to communicating with the builder, to helping me through the emotional ups and downs in this crazy market, to helping me take my place when I was out of the country and Manage everything to help me get to the closing table.. Kim is absolutely amazing! She will be there with you every step of the way. She is reliable , knowledgeable especially in this market, smart, caring, dependable, responsive, and has a keen eye for matching her clients to the best of the best.I would definitely recommend Kim as a realtor hands down.
