    Gus is top notch to say the least. He did an excellent job of researching properties within our budget even before we officially met. We moved from California and found Gus through a YouTube channel and we are so glad we did!! He took us to see many houses all over the Denton area and worked around our busy schedule to accommodate us, and never once did he push us to buy a house or try to rush us out the door. Gus is patient, forthright, winsome, and emits a placid vibe. We had some issues with the builder so at times we continually pestered him with questions and requests, which he answered in a smooth and timely manner and reacted very quickly.     I contacted Karla and Gus to sell my house at a time when rates were heading in an upward trend. They met with my family and provided a complete market analysis of how the market looked and how it appeared to be trending. They did a fantastic marketing job to get the house advertised. The house was a larger then average house and it took a lot of work to find the right buyers with the price point. They had professional pictures,videos, pamphlets and You Tube ads done. They also had many open houses which seemed to spike interest in prospective buyers. Anytime we had a question or concern regarding the process of selling,they were able to give us comfort and explanation why things were processing the way it was at the time. They have a great network of electricians, roofers and movers for any touch ups to the house after an inspection was done .     We met and worked with Carla and Gus in finding our 1st home in the Aubrey/Little Elm area Texas from March 2021 and closed in December 2021.
