This was a really great experience for me. Josh was really great to work with. I thought the process would be a more difficult. This was a long distance deal so, I had some worries. Josh walked me through everything. He never left me hanging on anything. Answered or called me back, when I called him. Very professional and super nice guy. I didnt feel like it was just another property deal. I feel like I gained friend. I would recommend Keyheart and Josh to any and everyone. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Keyheart Home Buyers is a solid company to work with for a quick sell. We used the concierge service they offer to sell our house. Keyheart as a company worked very quickly to give me a competitive offer and followed through by staying in touch the entire process until closing. Selling through Keyheart Home Buyers is ideal for an AS-IS deal. There was no financing issues, inspection delays, or closing costs to deal with. Working with their Title company for the closing was also a 5 star experience. I recommend Keyheart Home Buyer as an alternative to traditional home sales.

We had a death in the family and had a property to sell. We were contacted by Rami Hasan and arrived at an agreement for his group to find a buyer. The agreement is a short 4-page contract. As the seller we would pay no closing costs, realtor fees, and so on. The net proceeds of the sell was our asking price established with this group. The property was made available to investors in an “as is” condition. Within a few days Rami had about 10 interested investors view the property and one came in with our asking price. Rami then handed us over to the closing team of Boss Law. This was another simple and painless process. This whole relationship from beginning to close took less than a month. All was done via telephone, text, and email. Documents were signed using a mobile notary. I highly recommend Rami and the whole team for your real estate property selling process.

It was really great working with Josh to sell my Dads home. He called and even before the probate court appearance, we began the process. He met my asking price; and everything was easy and fast. Josh quickly responded when I had questions or comments. All of this was new to me and I was afraid that things were too good to be true, but my lawyer checked everything over and we closed quickly. The hardest part of my executor duties, selling the house, happened all by itself, thanks to Josh. I definitely recommend Josh if you are looking to your house, especially if you want to sell quickly, as is, and without getting an agent involved. 10 STARS!!

Where shall I start?
