This was my first experience in selling and purchasing a home. I expected it to be confusing, complicated and frightening.I’ve known my realtor for 2 decades and I greatly appreciate that she does not sugar coat anything and helped guide me in a direction that has helped me find my perfect home.She has a heart of gold, highly intelligent, she has a very good sense of business and she is led by God in every choice. I can tell she’s not in this just for money, but she’s in this because God has placed her in a way that she is able to help dreams come true. I know that’s exactly what happened in my situation. I’m now in my dream home thanks to Shana Beaty.I will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She makes the entire process as seamless and easy as possible. Oh…I was also able to close on both the sell and purchase in 2 weeks each after offers were made, so a quick close is very possible if the conditions are right.
