Kevin Taylor has been our Realtor since 2012, when we decided to sell our first home and buy our second home. Since that time, we have worked with him to sell that second home, and make two subsequent purchases in Tyler. Each time, he has offered timely and appropriate advice, handled our transactions with professionalism and could be counted on to make sure the whole process went smoothly. We trust Kevin and have recommended him to our family and friends, who worked him, as well. He is attentive to the details and he learns his clients personality and what is important to them. One thing I appreciate about Kevin is that he will work hard for his clients, to their benefit. On our recent house purchase (2/1/2019), he helped us navigate through a process that was complicated and tense and he did everything he could to push the negotiation to a place we felt comfortable being at. My husband and I moved to Texas five years ago and Kevin Taylor was the realtor that was recommended to us by USAA. We had purchased and sold several homes before so we were very familiar with the mortgage and inspection processes. Kevin impressed us right away. He was always friendly and fun, but very hard working, honest, and knowledgeable. He found many homes in our price range that had everything on our wish list. He made sure that the process was easy and understandable for us, wasn’t afraid to point out maintenance issues, followed up on all requests, and even helped us with painting. Several years later, (after deciding that I just had to live on the Lake), Kevin helped us again. We sold our house within a week, and Kevin found us a beautiful lakefront property with a million dollar view for a great price! Kevin’s enthusiasm is contagious and made both experiences easy and fun.I highly recommend Kevin to be your realtor.
