There are many circumstances in life in which people buy and/or sell their homes. Sometimes it is because of a crisis and sometimes the circumstances are more positive and exciting. We have experienced both. We have also experienced both with Kevin as our realtor. After this week, we will have sold two houses and bought two houses with Kevin and would not hesitate to call him again. He is very knowledgeable about real estate in general, the DFW area specifically, he keeps up with current market trends, and has a gift for understanding people. Buying and selling can be stressful whether in crisis or a positive life change but walking through it with someone who is knowledgeable and you can trust as an advocate makes a huge difference. We are happy we worked with Kevin on our home purchase.As first-time home buyers and new to DFW area we had a lot of questions. Kevin with his extensive knowledge of the area as a local and profound experience as a real estate agent smoothly navigated us along the whole process. He was always available to answer all sorts of questions with very quick responses, sometimes late at night.Kevin helped us to put the best offer on our house, suggested all necessary inspections and made sure all fixes are done prior closing date.
