Working with Ken has been an excellent experience! Im glad I chose him as my realtor. Being a first-time home buyer, my knowledge and understanding of the home-buying process were non-existent. Ken was very understanding and thorough, explaining every step from the search to Closing. Ken was patient, kind, and sympathetic to my needs, budget, and preference. Ken represented me with professionalism- When viewing properties or working with builders, I had to do very little talking. He knew what to look for in the house, how to identify specific features, and how to negotiate on my behalf.Since my home purchase, I have recommended Ken to no less than two other people because of the outstanding representation. My move was more complex; I moved across the country from the Washington, DC, area to EL Paso, TX. I am happy to know at least someone, like Ken, in the area who is an outstanding realtor and has become a good friend. If I had to do this over as a first-time home buyer, I wouldnt hesitate to choose Ken.Ive heard horror stories about other Realtors, and Im happy that I selected and found what I believe is one of the best Realtors in the El Paso area. Ken, managing multiple clients and his personal life, still provided the level of service I would expect of a five-star concierge. There were times when I couldnt get in touch with other people during my real estate transaction, and just a quick call to Ken resolved it. He would reach out to reps on my behalf and facilitate transactions.My Advice: No matter where you are in the home buying process -Call Ken and talk to him if youre looking for a great realtor. Kenneth kept me informed, completed documents and always answered my calls during this contract. Both buyers and sellers had very easy closings. I have worked with many realtors; so far, Kenneth is the best realtor in El Paso. His magical marketing strategy helped my house sold in less than two months, especially in the current housing market. I pcsed to a different duty station, so I did everything online and via text. Kenneth is very responsive and would answer my questions quickly. Kenneth and his team took care of everything. They helped clean up the house for free before taking professional photos as well. I did not have to worry about anything. Definitely recommend him if you are looking to sell or buy a property.

I cant speak highly enough of our experience with Kenneth Lopez. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right home.Kenneth helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was VERY patient as we traveled the areas of interest to look at homes over several months.Kenneth was always very knowledgeable and on my side to make my home purchase simple and successful. Had a very good experience with Kenneth. Got my house sold fast and effortlessly. Other realtors will just tell you go do this, go find that, fill out forms called this that but Ken would walk you through it all. Was educating me on what I was signing and how it applied to the sale. Most will just say sign here and sign there. Will definitely go to back him again to sell my home or to purchase a new one. Very hard working guy.
