Sonya is more than a realtor - she is a trusted partner and advisor. We met her over a decade ago during a short trip when we were deciding whether to move to Texas. We kept in touch and long story short - we were able to buy the only house we liked and wanted because of her tenacity. Since then she has helped us with various properties, including very heavy involvement to prepare them for sale - especially when a lot of work was required. With my busy schedule there is no way I could have managed it - but she stepped in to be there when I couldn’t. We are so lucky to have her on our side! -

We just closed the 3rd house yesterday we bought with Sonya! 2012-2017-2023, 1600 sqf-3400 sqf-5000 sqf, she never let me down! I cannot be happier! I feel so grateful to have her, and all her expertise! As my husband said, we wouldn’t get the house if we had other agent. Love you, and thank you!
