I have been with Kendra since October of 2019 and she is the best landlord I have ever had and actually the longest property I have lived on because she really works with you even if you get behind she will do the best she can to keep you in your Apartment /House you may have to go to court because that is the process but if you communicate with her she will work with u until her hands are tied. One more thing anytime I have any problems she sends help right away unless they can’t come out due to it being too late in the day and she has even told me to get a hotel and she will deduct it off my rent a time or two. I highly recommend her and have referred friends and family to her..Thank you Kendra for being so awesome I look forward to many more years on your properties…

I have been with Kendra for about 4 years, it’s been a good experience! She’s a great landlord, professional, and helpful. Any time I’ve needed anything fixed, her response is quick and gets it done! I haven’t had any problems! She’s lovely! I’m looking forward to many more years to come with her! 🥳

She was the best realtor. I got evicted.Just my other partner didnt want pay.So I couldnt pay by my self. Did it for 7 months. She tried to help but her hand were tied. I DONT blame her
