Our experience working with Kendra was wonderful!!! We knew wed be relocating to the North Dallas area two years in advance. We met Kendra and developed a relationship with her. She took the time to begin working with us from that time moving forward. Her knowledge and expertise were only matched by the time and attentiveness that she gave to us throughout the entire process. Due to some last minute family changes we ended up not finalizing our purchase and relocating to a different city, but we would recommend Kendra to anyone!!!

My daughter and I just recently moved to Texas from California!! We were blessed to have Kendra referred to us by another one of her clients, also from California!! In 2017-2018 I hired a different realtor to sell my home in the Dallas area when I moved to Austin. I needed to sell the house fast to avoid doubling up on expenses. Needless to say the original realtor I hired had 2 feet out the door, didnt work hard to sell my house, and informed me after numerous months of trying to sell my house that they were changing careers. In the time that I hired this realtor, I received very few showings and no offers on my house.Kendra was recommended to me by a former co-worker and I jumped at the opportunity to hire someone who seemed as eager as I was to sell my house. Kendra staged the house beautifully out of her own pocket, she had showings scheduled almost immediately, and within a pretty timely manner had offers coming in on the house. Her advice was incredibly appreciated and her sense of urgency, professionalism, and responsiveness were all phenomenal.I would recommend Kendra McKiddy to absolutely anyone looking to buy or sell their house, you will not be disappointed.
